We are certainly living in interesting, turbulent, and volatile times. Sadly, at both personal and organisational levels, especially amongst freelancers, micro businesses, SME’s and family firms, the impact has been severe and for some catastrophic. So, what lessons do you think have and have not been learnt at a national level during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially from a business perspective. Has the national leadership, in particular The PM, The Chancellor and The Secretary of State for Business shown the required leadership in your opinion, and have their achieved the correct strategic, tactical and operational balance, and been pragmatic and practical enough?

We all have our opinions on the matter, but perhaps most importantly what lessons can we draw from the national response as individuals and organisations to better enhance our resilience, preparedness, and performance?
