We have significant international multidisciplinary and multi sector expertise and experience across English for specialist training, academic, occupational and professional purposes (ESTAOPP) language training; mainstream, further and higher education; organisational and corporate training, learning and development; and technical and vocational education and training.

We also have a particular expertise and experience in designing and delivering integrated academic, foundation, ESTAOPP, TVET and professional and military ab initio training programmes. Within these domains, we have extensive expertise and experience supporting government, ministry military, aviation and corporate nationalisation programmes and major projects.

With over three decades programme, course, teaching, training and instructional systems design expertise and experience, we have developed our own proprietary METIS framework, which blends both UK and Commonwealth Defence Systems Approach with models from ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom, Dick and Carey through Gagne and Merrill to Kemp.

Our METIS framework and approach is designed to help assure SMARTER, intelligent, teaching, training and learning by taking a not only a structured and systematic process approach, but provides a comprehensive, deep level taxonomy and framework around which all aspects of teaching, training and learning authoring, analysis, assessment, planning, implementation, management and review are conducted, so in turn underwriting that high impact excellence.

At the very heart of our process is an in-depth and considered needs analysis, from which we can accurately assess and understand teaching, training and learning objectives, gaps, priorities and options; from which high impact and results and outcomes focused programmes, courses, teaching, training and instructional strategies and systems can be designed.

From in depth and structured training needs analysis and training requirement studies; through to full instructional specifications, our process helps assure that clients and stakeholders fully understand requirements, consider options and make SMARTER, intelligent decisions, so significantly enhancing the probability of teaching, training and instructional success.
